Essence Review

Oggi torno a parlarvi del brand di cosmesi low-cost Essence, ma non per presentarvi una nuova collezione bensì la mia personale review di alcuni prodotti che ho avuto modo di provare durante queste feste natalizie.



Chi mi conosce bene sa che Essence rappresenta uno dei beauty brand che maggiormente amo, grazie all’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, alla vasta gamma di prodotti offerti e al carattere fresco e giovanile di ogni sua nuova collezione. Naturalmente questo non significa che ogni prodotto Essence sia perfetto, come vedrete nella review la mia opinione non sarà sempre favorevole, ma per molti aspetti il make-up Essence non ha nulla da invidiare ad alcuni suoi concorrenti dai prezzi decisamente più elevati.

-  Crystal eyeliner: eyeliner liquido con micro glitter in cinque colorazioni. Io ne ho quattro (01 twinky starlight, 02 black star, 04 sparkling purple e 05 flashy aqua) e li ho trovati davvero buoni, texture perfetta, ottima durata e buona lucentezza. Possono essere usati anche come topper sulle ciglia.

- Get big lashes: mascara nero assoluto volumizzante. In realtà è uno dei pochi prodotti Essence che non ho molto gradito, il nero non è assoluto come promesso dal nome e non è affatto volumizzante, almeno sulle mie ciglia. Io preferisco di gran lunga il mascara I love extreme.

- Stays no matter what: ombretto e matita occhi waterproof in otto colorazioni. Io ho il numero 07 whipped white frosting, simile ad un color champagne, buona texture e buona durata anche se lo preferisco maggiormente come matita per il suo tratto deciso che come ombretto che è meno marcato.

- Lucidalabbra brillante XXXL: lipgloss ultra brillante in 14 colorazioni. Io ne ho due (17 fabolous fuchsia e 04 rising star) e posso dire che sono perfetti per illuminare e valorizzare le labbra, estremamente luminosi ed hanno una buona durata.   

Today I get to talk about the brand of low-cost cosmetics Essence, but not to present a new collection but my personal review of some products I got to try during this Christmas holidays.

Those who know me well know that Essence is one of the most beauty brands I love, thanks to the excellent quality / price ratio, the wide range of products offered and fresh and youthful character of every new collection. Of course this does not mean that every product Essence is perfect, as you'll see in the review in my opinion will not always be favorable, but in many ways the make-up Essence has nothing to envy to some of its competitors from the prices significantly higher.

- Crystal eyeliner: liquid eyeliner with micro glitter in five colors. I've got four (01 twinky starlight, 02 black star, 04 sparkling purple and 05 flashy aqua) and found them really good, perfect texture, excellent durability and good gloss. They can also be used as a topper on the eyelashes.

- Get big lashes: absolute black volumizing mascara. Actually it is one of the few products that I have not very much appreciated, black is not absolute as promised by the name and it is not volumizing, at least on my eyelashes. I much prefer the mascara I love extreme.

- Stays no matter what: eye shadow and eye pencil waterproof in eight colors. I have the number 07 whipped white frosting, similar to a champagne color, good texture and good durability even if I prefer it more as a pencil for its tract decided that as an eyeshadow that is less marked.

-Lip gloss brilliant XXXL: ultra bright lipgloss in 14 colors. I have two (17 fabolous fuchsia and 04 rising star) and I can say that they are perfect for illuminating and enhancing the lips, extremely bright and have a good durability.
